is there a way to limit customer satisfaction emails that are sent out? If a customer is submitting a lot of requests I do not want them to get a survey each time. Is there a way to limit them or even turn them off for a certain customer?

Currently, all tickets in a service desk project, which contains a request type and a resolution, the satisfaction survey will be sent, it's not possible to limit that.
