how to backup self hosted server JIRA

I have self hosted Jira Service Desk, I run the Backup System however when I am browsing the provided path.

I can't access the device error message is "Permission Denied". I am using FTP, the server of jira is linux.

That's a standard ftp problem - the ftp user doesn't have permissions to see the Jira directories.  Either use an ftp user who does, or open the permissions (I recommend the first)
