Hi , I hav e two questions:
- it is possible to decide , within an organization, which external clients share their requests from portal and which ones do not?
- Is it possible, within an organization, an external client who sees all the requests from portal of external clients belonging to the organization?

@giorgio rastrelliA portal user (customer) can choose when creating the ticket to share it within his organization or make it private. If the option is to share, all users from that organization will see the ticket (filter is: created by anyone).

I will attempt to clarify my requirements. I need to configure at the organization level whether the customers of the organization are allowed to share tickets. If I decide that sharing is not permitted, I would like the system to provide an option to enable this setting.
