I have one JSM project for 3 different products. In the request form, the user specifies which product they have a question for by specifying a component.
When they type the request summary, it's possible that the suggested articles are for another product, not the one they just selected in the component field.
The articles are split into different categories, corresponding to the components/ products.
Is there any way for the suggested articles to be filtered according to the selected component/ product/ category in the form?
Carla
This can't be done the articles shown are based on if its allowed on a request and if so you can have all shown based on summary input, or restrict the articles be labeling them and add only the allowed labels on a request

Hi @Marc - Devoteam, thanks for your reply. Ok, so the answer is "no".
Do you know if there's any plans to implement this in the future? I'd like to vote + watch that.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You could raise this to Atlassian as a feature, via https://jira.atlassian.com/
But there you can follow your issue and se if Atlassian will give input on the request.

We have the same request. To me this is an obvious way to be able to filter the Suggested articles in sa service portal.
