I made a mistake and connect the jira to azure ad , in the process its look like something broke and I can't login again , in addition I try to create a new instant of jira but I can't claim my domain as it already connected to the non reachable telnet of jira
any idea how I can reclaim ownership on my look jira or redirect the domain to my new intent ?

Contact Atlassian Support in relation to the topic. They can access your instance and probably remove the domain connection to the old instance or even help you get back into the instance.
