We are trying to implement Virtual Agent AI with Slack, But before starting it.
- Does the outside customers can connect to the Virtual agent channel and if they can connect, what would be the process ?
- How customers will be added to channel, so they can raise queries ?
- Can we able to add other users outside of Jira to follow there doubts or queries ?
- Is there any documentations in JSM --> Slack AI [ Usages and who all can access] ?
- If we ask from other channels or on our private channels, will the bot be able to track and suggest based on that ?
