Hello!
We have configured a Help Desk using Jira Service Management and in some cases we need to disable customer accounts but only the option to delete the account is available.
Is it necessary to enable any addOn module to have this functionality?
What happens to the tickets created by a user account when it is deleted?
Thank you in advance
Hello @Alvaro Hernandez
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, you can suspend (disable) the user account. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ --> Directory --> select users from left sidebar --> click on show details in the same line of the user profile --> click 3 dots on top left and click on suspend access.
Let me know in case of any issue or help.
Regards,
Prashant Sultania

Good morning, is there a way to disable access to submit tickets if you are not logged in? I only want users who have an account to be able to submit tickets after they log in. Thank you

@Prashant Sultania This only allows you to manage users within your Atlassian account... the SM Portal customers are not listed here at all.
