Where is data in Jira Service Desk stored?

Hi,

We have an organization in our Service Desk that want to know where data in Jira Service Desk is stored. It's one of the authorties i our country and they don't want to know the exakt geograficial position of data.

I also agree to Nic that in case of further questions to details on this raising a request with Atlassian's support team would be the best idea.

A cloud system will usually be set up in the data centre nearest to where the request to create it was issued.

In Sweden, this will almost certainly be in the Republic of Ireland.

To be certain of the location, I don't know of any way to be 100% sure without raising a support request for Atlassian to check it for you.
