Let say I have two projects ABC and XYZ. I enabled same email "support@mail.com"in email cofiguration for both the projects. ABC is open for All and XYZ is restricted for its customers only. If a person creates a ticket in which project queue the ticket will get cretaed.
That's not possible since Jira will not let you connect the same email account to another project.

Actually im using custom mail, i mean microsoft personal mail in two projects. Thats the reason im able to configure it
