Hi

We are using Jira Service Management to answer support issues from our customers. But our customer could not receive our feedback from Jira Service Management. Does anyone know how to fix it?

This could be due to a few things.

  • Are the customer notifications enabled?
  • Is the feedback entered as a public comment?
  • Does the issue have a Customer Request Type assigned to it?
