User unable to create issues via email

Hi Team,

I've a user in my project with Service Desk Team permission. However, she I find this error in the email logs.

Would suggest checking the below options:

* Check if this user has Create Issue permissions
* Check which user is allowed to create tickets via emails https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/You-do-not-have-permission-to-access-this-Request-Type/qaq-p/2360709#M136752
