Unable to import issues from Jira cloud to jira service desk

In the CSV format date are not matching and importing wrongly...,  facing issue with time format

I recall fumbling with the date format when I first did an import. As I recall the import wizard provides details (link?) on date format. Here is an article on importing - creating-issues-using-the-csv-importer 

I think the format should be like this - 30/02/2012 10:19 with a date mask of dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm

also if you are using excel check to ensure it isn’t messing up the date format.

I too have same format but when I import I am getting the imported date. i.e 11/06/2019, while importing I am mentioning it as dd/MM/yyyy
