Trying to Create JQL to do different things on weekends and weekdays without an SLA calendar

I have a "stale" queue in which tickets within:

status != Resolved AND updated <= -72h

fall into but I want to write the JQL to say that but <= -48h during the weekdays and <= -72h during weekends.

Anyone got any ideas?
