Hello, the work order submitted by the customer wants to be automatically assigned to the relevant responsible person. There is no need for the administrator to manually assign tasks, how can the settings be achieved?

Hi @SUNMI HELP DESK ,

You can customize forms to use the Components field and have issues automatically be assigned to the Lead for each component.
