I have gone through the process and requested the JSM access and was presented with a link to send to our company Admin who I am advised has now approved the access.
When I now go to try and start a project in JSM the use template button is now greyed out so it no longer is asking me to send the link to our company admin but it is still not letting me create a project?
IS there something else that needs to be done to allow me to create access in JSM.
Also is it still free for up to 3 agents?
thanks
Welcome to the community!
Are you currently using a Free or Standard subscription to JSM?
Just so you know, the Free subscription allows for only 3 agents. From your description, it sounds like you might have access, but if you're on a Free subscription and have more than 3 agents already, you won't be able to create new projects.
Best regards
Sam
Hi @philip bradwell , welcome to the community!
Your admin may have given you access to a particular project and/or but also needs to ensure you have access to the Product itself (JSM, in this case). These permissions are in separate places for the admin to set. To create a project, you'd also need to be at least a Project Admin, so if your admin didn't know that, they probably didn't give you those permissions so you'll need to tell them you need Project Admin permissions. Hope this helps!
