Hi All,
We have a peculiar issue: When we click on "related articles" in a ticket and then search for an article, the spaces between words are removed as we type.
Obviously, this causes frustration as a result of miss-spellings.
We could replicate this on different PCs for different users both in Edge and Chrome.
In the search field in my example, the space between "When and We" and between "Space and After" was just removed. You can actually see the cursor move back!
Anyway, like I said, this is not a single PC issue, this is happening across multiple PCs/Users both in Chrome and Edge.
Any ideas what could be causing it?
Hi @George Abdo welcome to the community! I can replicate the same issue on my JSM site. I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and couldn't find anything related. I would contact support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and see if they have any suggestions. Sounds like something for their developers to look at. If it turns out to be a bug, let me know so I can vote for and watch it as well.

George, do you know if this was a ticket number entered for this issue?

Thanks for the reminder. I forgot to get a ticket raised.
I have done this now: Atlassian Support (PCS-288224)

Thanks George, I did put in a ticket yesterday as I couldn't find it. Here's the Jira ticket.
Please Vote for and Watch it. We'll need a bunch of votes to get it fixed
