I need help regarding Smart checklists now showing on my issue screen when I deep clone it from another project.
Both projects use the same Issue schemes, and I made sure Smart Checklist is enabled for the designated project. However, none of my attempts are resolving the issue of why This Checklist is not showing.
Hi @b_hafez
Can you please check if you see the Smart Checklist panel on the Right Side Bar?
If yes, click "Show on the central panel" and after that Smart Checklist should appear in the list of apps and should be visible on the central panel.
Let me know if it helps!
Kind regards,
Olena
Hi @b_hafez , were you able to see it following @Olena Brazhko_TitanApps_ 's suggestion? This is often the case. Also, make sure you've created a Checklists custom field and added it to your Create and Edit (or Edit/View) Issue Type Screen Scheme screens so checklist data can be stored. If you haven't done this part, the instructions are in the Help for Smart Checklists at https://railsware.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CHK/pages/1372422219/Custom+Fields+Setup.

@Rilwan Ahmed Thanks for the quick response. The app itself is working fine, but it is just an issue with the issue screens. Can you please advise on the recommendations to resolve this?
