Is it possible to build/configure a shared service desk in Jira cloud where there are different approvers configured per organisation?
I have tried to setup a shared service desk with multiple customers separated by belonging to different organisations. This means that they can't see each others tickets but I can't figure out how to create different approvers/CAB groups to be applied to requests which need to be different for each customer/organisation.
Even if I setup different request types/workflows per customer, I can't restrict what is displayed by organisation.
At the moment I am setting up a new service desk per customer which seems excessive.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
