Service desk team access within a project

  1. I granted user access to Project SAC as Service Desk Team.
  2. The updated Project SAC should appear in the next window, but it doesn't.
  3. Jira user is not synchronized with Chrome user

Hi @Su Men Wong ,

Your question is not quite clear to me. But I'm guessing that the agent you are willing to add to your JSD project does not have the correct permissions, The reason for this can be numerous of things. So here are some questions:

  • Does the user have a Service desk license?
  • Are there agents currently working in the project?
  • Is the new user in the same role as the other agents?
  • Is your permission scheme in order?
