×What is the best option to deal with admin permissions? Preferabel we want separate Admin accounts for some of our senior support engineers, to prevent that they can make unwanted changes with their Agent account during ticket handeling. However, when we create second accounts for those engineers we do need additional licences (we pay our license costs per month, so user based).
In the Microsoft world you have a mechanism admin account elevation, where you enable your admin permissions only when needed.
What options does Atlassian have (other then second accounts with double licenses)?
Hi @Marcel Droop , you can enable/disable admin permissions as needed. Typically, agent don't have admin permissions but that really depends on your requirements. If it is of interest here is more info on permissions- overview-of-jira-cloud-permissions . In JSM agents and admins are paid licenses.
