Outcome should be:
e.g. one video should be published as soon as possible on many (approx. 20) social channels which are led and controlled by 20 different people/agents
How to delegate this one "campaign" to 20 different people "in one shot" and get the feedback that it is done through e.g. Jira Service Management?
