Hi there Jira Service Desk community,
We’re gearing up for Atlassian Summit 2020, our annual conference for people to come together and talk about all things teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
This year, we’ll be in Las Vegas March 31 - April 2, 2020, and we’ll be running a set of talks for ITSM and IT Operations. We’re on the search for speakers and know that this community is the first place to look when it comes to passionate customers who are using Atlassian products like Jira Service Desk in innovative ways and leading the way in their organizations.
This sounds exciting…what would I talk about though?
Here are some topics to get you thinking:
Bringing development and IT operations together deliver great support and services
IT service management
Incident management (linking IT Operations with DevOps)
Change management (Dealing with change in a continuous delivery world)
Problem management and continuous improvement
Enterprise service management
For more inspiration, you can check out last year’s talks here featuring the amazing: @Tanya L Christensen, @Kevin Jesse, @Dimitar Dimitrov, @Maria Heij [Refined], @Pawel Mazurek, and @Karen Clark.
So what do you think? Do you have a use case to share? A story about your implementation journey? A cool Jira Service Desk tip or trick that has made a big impact on your teams?
If this sounds like you, submit a talk using the link here by November 4. All you need for now is a title and a brief description. I’m also happy to brainstorm topics together - just leave a comment below if you want to connect :)
