is Script Runner compliant with JIRA Service Desk?
If I add a Scripted Field to my request screen, is this working for Service Desk's users that don't have a JIRA license associated?
Are Script Runner API accessible for anonymous users, so portal's users that are not JIRA users?

Script fields can only be shown on "view" screens.
As far as I know the view screen for users of the portal has next to nothing useful on it, so I'd be surprised if it showed the script field. It should be there in the normal view that agents see.

yes you can... JSD projects are just projects with issues... plus some additional custom fields.
