I'd like to have solved the following issue:
In our company we compose certain products/service with regard to predefined deadlines (e.g. end of month, quarter, year). In this process various work steps are to be made by different roles and responsibilities. All work steps and their results have to be composed and assigned to the next resposibility relative to the predefined deadline.
Thus, person A has to finish and assign the preliminarily product/service to person B two days in advance of the deadline. Person B again has to add his stake and assigne it to C one day in advance to the same deadline. And so on and so forth...
In order to monitor how often these SLAs are met at these different process steps, we'd like to have a dashboard which shows the management how often these objectives could be met within the last month, quarter or year.
Is this possible within JIRA or is there a certain plugin which might achive this?

Hi Tom, and welcome to the community!
Currently, within Jira Service Desk, there is no way to configure SLAs based on due dates (see this knowledge base article). See if the workaround referenced in that article using Dashboard gadgets might help your team.
There is also an add-on called Extension for JIRA Service Desk for Server that can help (I haven't tried it, and I have no relation to them, but saw it on the Atlassian Marketplace). See here for their documentation.
