Restrição de registro de trabalho

Gostaria de saber se tem a possibilidade de bloquear registros de trabalho nos epics e tarefas, podendo somente registrar nas subtarefas.

Caso sim, poderiam me auxiliar?

Thanks for your updates.  Unfortunately, one cannot restrict logging time based on issue types for a given Jira Software Application project.  There is a permission " Working on Issues" in the project permission configuration scheme, but it is for the entire project and not at individual issue types.

I would recommend you to conduct the necessary business process training to your team on not logging times against Task/Epic issue types, but only log times against Subtasks.

Hi Barbara:

Are you asking so your project can only have "Subtask" issue type roll-up to "Epic" issue type, and no other issue types?

If so, the only way you can do out of the box is to restrict/configure your project's issue type configuration to only have Epic and Subtask issue types.

Question for you - Why are you using Epic issue type in your JSM project.  It is because this issue type is typically used within Jira Software Application project and not for JSM project.

Hi Joseph,

That wasn't precisely what I had in mind. I was wondering if it's feasible to restrict the recording of Time work logs in Epics and Tasks. As for your question, I mistakenly chose the wrong option when asking; we are using the Jira Software Application.
