I want to create a custom email notification based on request type. for example if I have 10 different request type in that 5 request type should reach to a group(email) and other 5 request type should reach to other group(email).

I don't think you can customise the recipients by request type.  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/managing-service-desk-notifications-939926348.html for what you can do
