Hello, I am writing to request the removal of an email address from the suppression list on Jira Cloud. The recipient's email address (eder.lima@lojasmel.com) is currently on the suppression list, preventing the receipt of notifications from Jira Service Desk. Could you please verify and remove this email address from the suppression list? The client is not receiving important emails related to support tickets.
