About formats created from the administration screen
Are screen attachments (*1) the only fields that can be set?
In the field settings on the portal side, I believe you can use radio buttons and the same field over and over again. (*2)
It is not possible to do those things in the field settings on the admin side? (No radio buttons and only once per field)
On the agent's view you can't do many things. The fields you use on the customer's view will appear by default on the agent's issue view. On the form, on the other hand, if you bound a jira field to a form field, you can't use it again.
