Hi @Andrey Ivanov,

Check if the project workflow has a transition from "Waiting for a response from the client" to "Open". If this transition exists, set the checkbox "Bypass workflow conditions and permissions" in the Transition issue action:Screenshot 2024-11-19 at 16.05.59.png

Perhaps, the rule actor has no access to this transition.

@Andrey Ivanov, try to create a new transition between these two statuses without any conditions and validators. Will the rule work with the new transition?

I have already deleted the old transition and created a new one, there are no conditions or validators, I will think further
