Signed up to Jira Service desk about a week ago and I've set DNS on my url to point to my xxxxxx.atlassian.net Service Desk instance but all I've been getting for a week is the below "Page unavailable" message.
It's not related to "Atlassian Status".
I'd love it if someone could help me fix this, please.
Hello @Martin Eagle if you go directly to the Atlassian url happens the same? As far as I know you can't have a custom domain when you are using cloud. I'm not sure which changes you made on the DNS records take it this far but I suppose the failure is related to it.
I can go to my xxxxxx.atlassian.net URL without any problems.
I thought a cloud account could still have a custom domain but I could have that wrong. I hope others can clarify that for me.
Here is what I have in my DNS settings (not with "xxxxxx", obviously).

No, that is still not supported but apparently there is work in progress, see here

Hello @Martin Eagle what causes the error in Jira "Page is not available Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable" and what needs to be done to make the site available again.
