I'm getting the error showing in the picture when I select the View request link from an JSM customer notification. Everything else is working fine. Does anyone know the root cause? How can I troubleshoot it?
I was able to identify the root cause but I don't really know what would be the best solution for it. There is a syntax error in the notification template, see below , where the variable ${reque/st.url} is not pointing to the actual request:
