The short answer is no, you cannot use the on-call schedule with the work balancer at the moment. And currently if you are using the on-call schedule to assign requests you can only have one person on-call at any given time. If you have multiple users on-call, the automation will always pick the first person in the list. I wrote about it in this article. We have multiple responders on-call and had to use tray.io in order to be able to assign using round-robin.
