Hello have question with notification when someone made comment. Possible make that if write Agent comment, he don't get message to email about self comment ? Agent need just get information from reporter or other user [ about self made comment don't need get notification ] who made comment  or renew information.

Hi @Mindaugas Ambroza ,

If a user does not need notification for his/her own changes, then uncheck "You make changes to issues" in Profile settings --> Notifications.
