Not receiving mail for approve/decline

Hi Team,

 

I have some issue in mail process from Approve/Decline from Customer Notifications.

Mail is not getting triggered on my Organization mail, but its shows in my request page.

Also there is a catch that it works under Gmail. I can receive mail on my personal mail, but I don't know why its restricting my company access.

Please let me know if any solutions.
