Since a few days, my Jira SD send no more email.
No email are received when :
It's a big problem because my customers are no more notified.
Thank you for your help.
I have found and I sent a test mail 10 minutes ago.
No mail received.
@Patrick RAISON before you contact Atlassian, verify, that you can receive emails from another mail address (to exclude malfunction of your companies mail server).
It could be also blocked by a restrictive anti-spam rule ...

do you receive any mails? Have you tried to send a test mail to yourself? Did you have a look in the mail queue? Is it full? Have you tired to reach the mail server from command line?

I have a cloud Service Desk, so I don't know where is located the mail queue ?

PS: In Cloud there is no Mail queue to flush like in Jira Service Desk Server.
