I had logged a request last Friday on Atlassian website for needing a call to be scheduled with us for our clients after we attended Jira Service Management Demo a week ago. There are some questions we would like to get answered in that call.
I have not got any response as yet.
Can you please help me or route my query to the relevant group so we can get this call scheduled as soon as possible?

We are not looking to use a partner for implementation and which is why we are reaching out to you directly. We are current JIRA clients and have attempted to identify to reach out to our Account Rep to No Avail.
We are looking to make a purchase decision in the next 2 weeks, so it is critical to get answers for the below topic ASAP
We are looking for clarification on System capability and would like to have a call with someone at Atlassian to answer questions. One specific area is in regards to Asset Management capability :
Your best bet is to reach out to Atlassian partners in your area. Just Google for Atlassian partners and you’ll find the link. They should be able to assist you in the next steps. With that said, if you have some specific questions fire him off here in the community.

Unfortunately a call is not an option. At least I have never heard of such happening on demand. Other option is to scour the available resources, e.g. Documentation, videos, etc.

Finally the best way would be to download a free trial and play with it. I think you would be able to assess your questions more quickly.
