Hello, found some similar questions, but cant understand solution. My problem with "Service request with approve"
The problem is:
1. Agent(Local or Active Directory) created Request.
2. Reporter: User1 from Active Directory, Approver: Users2 from active directory, Assignee: User3 from Active Directory.
3. User1, User2, User3 didnt recieve any notifications after Request create. At the Web Portal, Approver can open Request and approve it.
If I check this by Notification Helper, every participant of this request have warning. "does not get notified of their own changes"
How I can fix this?
What about your Notification scheme? Is it assigned to project? Does it have correct settings in your scheme in Issue Created section?
Or you are want to use Customer Notification rather then Notification schemes?
Actually I think that I found the solution, Request Type = "No Match". I added this field to Request Create Screen, filled it and Notification ok now.
