Não recebo os e-mails de notificações para abertura de item. Ao ser aberto um item no projeto, a notificação não chega por e-mail para os responsáveis.
Mesmo configurando no Esquema, não está enviando.

Can you confirm that you are working with a Service Management project?

Are these notifications that should go to Agents or to Customers?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will display at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left.

Has an administrator tried using the Notification Helper to confirm that Jira is configured correctly to send notifications to the specified users when issues are created?

Do you users receive any notifications from Jira for other events?

I don't receive the item open notification emails

I don't receive notification emails for opening an item. When opening an item in the project, notification does not arrive by email to those responsible.
Even configuring the Schema, it is not sending.
