My company YPFB Corporacion is very interested in the acquisition gives the following licenses :

1 JIRA ( Server) Unlimited Users : Business License
1 JIRA Service Desk ( Server) for JIRA ( Server) Agents Unlimited : Business License .
1 JIRA Agile ( Server) for JIRA 10000+ users: Business License .

In my country Bolivia to perform this adquisuicion it 's done through bank transfer
Atlassian 's account . But rules for this type of operations the Bank charges a 12.5 % the supplier ie Atlassian so in order not to prejudice costs you would ask me to send you a quote with an increase of 12.5 additional % to $ 73,000 us that cost me the licenses requested.

I think you should contact "sales at atlassian dot com" with that requirement - if you've already created a quote on the site without this 12.5% cost, I think they should be able to add it (if not, then they'll probably be happy to do a manual one for you)
