Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can move my JSM configurations (including workflows, automation, custom fields, screens) from my site's sandbox to the production site?

I've tried Salto Configuration Manager, and Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud but most of these don't support JSM. I'm in the process of trying Revyz Configuration Manager, so will keep this post updated if possible.

Cheers :)

Hi Danielle, Sagi from Salto here.

Our JSM Cloud support is currently in beta and should be launched very soon.
I'm happy to whitelist you for the beta if you want to try it out.
Feel free to drop me an email -  sagi.bracha@salto.io.

Hi Danielle, Just wanted to update quickly that our JSM support is now fully live. You can see a demo of it here. LMK if you have any questions.

I have the same question. We have a live JSM project but I have been hired to optimize the support process, introduce complex automation etc. I am working in sandbox but eventually I need to migrate the config, automations etc over to production. How is the best way to do this?
