@Jeevan Kumar K G -

Welcome to the community.  If your two projects have the same project configurations and setup + users (i.e. agents are the same etc...), then you can just use Advanced search to obtain a listing of all issues from one project and conduct a bulk operations of issues moves to another project.

See reference link - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/

Please note that the issue key will automatically be changed from the original project into the target project once the the move operation is completed.

Hope this helps.

Hi @Jeevan Kumar K G

Like @Joseph Chung Yin said you can do a bulk change to move all the issues. You will have to fix Customer Request Type that will not be the same (even if they have the same name)> If you have a 1 = 1 issuetype request type you could do a automation rule to set the request type after the move. Otherwise you could add a label with the current request type then update the issue based on that.
