I have several users that are transitioning over from customers to agents. I added them to the agent user group in admin.atlassian.com and gave them access to the project queues. Unfortunately this has caused them to have multiple accounts instead of only one. We are set up with single login via Microsoft and I had hoped it would just update their current account with the additional access. Is there a way to merge both accounts with single sign on? All other help tickets I have found were created before Jira changed some features earlier this summer and no longer apply.
I entered a help ticket and was provided better instructions on how to merge the accounts.

Great to hear. Thanks @Allison L Wenner for sharing!
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
There isn't a way to merge accounts. Possible could contact Atlassian to see if can be possible through backend procedures.

Thanks. I entered a help ticket. I had hoped there was something I was missing.

All the best. Every Atlassian Account is unique. One thing that will probably be asked is which one will be the primarily account use to login Ince it's merged.
