Good question! Currently, from https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-your-language-preferences/ there is no option for Bulgarian language. So far, Atlassian isn't planning to add more languages supported on the roadmap. Even if you try to use the Google translate extension, it won't be applied to your Jira.

In short, not yet.
