Jira service desk - open links in new tab ?

In JIRA Service desk, we can provide a Field help description.

In this description we can put some link in order to help the customer.

If we put a link and the customer click on this, he lost all data in the form and the link opens in the current tab...

Is there a way to open the link in new tab ?

Possible to right click and choose "open in new tab" from the new dropdown menu to preserve the link?
