so my question is can i create specific type of issue that has only one screen with close button where our helpdesk can quickly register already fixed problem.

Available buttons have nothing to do with screens. Buttons like 'Resolve', 'Close' etc actually represent workflow transitions. With that in mind I think you just need to simply create a workflow transition from your, say, 'Open' status to 'Closed' and set a condition so that transition would be only available for issues with a specific issue type. At the same time add relevant conditions to other transitions from your 'Open' status so that they won't be available for issues with this type.
Alternatively you could create a separate workflow for a specific issue type, but that's a bit overkill IMO given your problem description.
hi, nope im doing it normal way. Don't have time to read full documentation about workflow to understand it enough to create custom page for my purpose
