Jira Service desk customer can not modify his own ticket???

Hi, Guys.

 

I'm the admin of JIRA & Confluence application in the company.

 

we consider to purchase Jira service desk. so nowadays We have tested features.  at this moment, our issue is it seems like customer can not modify the ticket which he created. is it really the features which atlassian intend?

 

it does not make a sense, the user can not modify the ticket which he created.

 

i hope that there is a configuration which i do not yet know.

 

please advise me.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. There is an open ticket JSDSERVER-2368. But you can allow customers to do transitions (close, reopen etc). 

No way T_T...
