Jira Service Desk v7.2 - Tickets resolving themselves and transferring

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We are finding tickets to be randomly resolving themselves.  The last ticket log has random letters or a full stop. This has been going on for a while now. 5 tickets a week perhaps.

There is no common denominating factor. In addition some are transferring across to different team members.

Anyone come across this?
