Hi all,

I have created 2 sla's when i created the ticket it's not displaying any SLA in ticket.

i expect that one or more of the SLA conditions are not being met. To assist you further I would need a screenshot of your SLA page and the detailed view of one of the issues not displaying the SLA. Alternatively look closely at the details and figure out why the issue is not meeting the SLA criteria.

so then the things to confirm:

  1. the issue is indeed associated with GIEO project (expect it is)
  2. check the channel the issue came in on. it needs to be via the portal not email or the Application itself.

@Jack Brickey i can see SLA and i have set 48H but its shows 1 W and i have set 240 H but its shows 1 M and calendar (M-F --> 9-5)
