Question on user licenses.
Our company is small, about 450 employees. We are looking into Service Management piece and wondering how many licenses we need?
We have 10 IT/PM employees, 440 employees. In order to support the users with IT Helpdesk tickets, do I need only 10 licenses for the IT support personnel, or 450 for all employees?
Hi @Ken Pottie welcome to the community. JSM (Jira Service Management) licensing is based on the number of Agents you have. Agents would be the people interacting with your 'internal customers' (your employees). If that would be your 10 people in IT, then you will only need 10 licenses. Your employees will access JSM from the Portal and would not need a license.
