We have recently amended a customers permissions and giving them access to our Confluence system as a guest so they can only view a single space and make changes tothat space. That has worked however, they can no longer view tickets they are raised within the portal under their organisation. They currently have the following permissions:
But they are getting the below in the portal.
Am i missing a permission here?

Is there an error message displayed on the screen the customers are seeing? If so, the image you provided is incomplete.
